New EAV strategy
I'm changing my strategy on Empire Avenue a bit.
My new strategy: I will be buying 5 shares in who ever owns more shares than me on a daily basis. What ever eaves I have left after this will be used to max out (my current max at 400) in order of shares owned in me. I will be using the automation tool provided by Dennis located here.
The best thing you can do to get bought by me:
1. Own more shares in me (even 1 will do)
2. Own a really large number of shares in me (at the time of writing, I was buying max in anyone who had more than 600 shares in me).
For the record, my old strategy was: looking to maximize my dividends. Anyone who own's less than 200 of me and has a dividend yield of less than 0.50% was going to be sold.Adding people with dividend yield greater than 1.0% or who own more than 200 of me.
