i feel so motivated....
background:
there is one toilet on my floor in office.
when we initially shifted in, this was labelled ladies. due to the
fact that earlier the floor was inhabited by HR - so the sex ratio on
the floor was 10 screamy/giggly women : 2 poor guys.
now with treasury (and a few other fortunate souls, who get to breathe
the air we exhale) inhabiting the floor this ratio changed to closer
to 60-40. hence the toilet is now unisex and the ladies board has been
ripped off the door. (i did try to get a much better board put in
place - "ladies/gentlemen, preferably one at a time", but my plans
were nixed).
anyway.. now for the reason for my motivation:
1. the toilet is now more secure than fort knox. we now have three
locks on the door:
a. handle push lock
b. dead bolt
c. engaged/vacant indicative lock
now i can rest assured that no one is going to be able to get that
door open while i am attending to "business".
2. some aroma therapy stuff is now being heated and sent up in
there.... so no longer can one smell one's business.
this was precisely what was lacking in my office.. the security and
aroma while going about one's business... i feel so motivated. :-P
