reservation issue our HRD minister is.

aman made a very great point on reservations - in college where hefty
tuition fee's (and capitation fee's/entry "donations" more than just
the tuition fee's) keep meritorious students out, there is no great
protest. perhaps we should also include those colleges into this
controversy and have some changes made there too.
